Although it's not my area of expertise, I'm offering this for clients who would like to be able to hold their art, frame it, or gift it to a loved one.
I work in acrylics, ink, pencil, charcoal or watercolours, at sizes A5 - A3.

New to art commissions? Not a problem. This page is here to take you through the entire process - and if anything’s still uncertain, I’m happy to help.

Prices and Quotes
TL:DR
Prices start at £15 ($19.71)+ for anything well-defined and/or small in scope. For full illustrations with a collaborative pipeline, prices start at £150 ($196.96)+. There are fees that may increase the price, and ways to decrease it too.

Sketches/Surprise Drawings
£15 ($19.71)+This category includes sketches, individual emotes, funny/cute drawings etc. These are offered as-is, you get what you get!
Project-based Illustrations
£150 ($196.96)+Individual artworks with a collaborative pipeline and option sheets. Examples include portraiture, wallpapers, book/album covers and other illustrations. Multiple people, light NSFW and complex compositions may increase the price.
Extra Fees
Expansion of Scope
£5 ($6.64) + [custom quote] when major revisions need to be made late into the commission, or the amount of thumbnails requested exceeds the scope of the initial quote.
Priority
My turnaround time is typically 5 weeks, which can be reduced to 3 weeks for a +100% rush fee, or +250% for a 1.5 week turnaround.
Commercial Usage
Licensing starts at +100%.
Physical Art
Price is +100% if ordered after the digital version has been purchased or +200% for physical art only. Shipping and all other costs included. See here for more info and TOS for other details :)

When do I pay, and how?
Payment is upfront, but split payments are available on commissions over $200. For multi-piece orders: you can choose between full upfront, split, or upfront-per-item.
Currently, I cannot offer split payments on physical commissions. If this is an issue, custom payment plans can be arranged as needed.Can’t use Ko‑fi? I can invoice you directly. Stripe is preferred; PayPal invoices incur a 10% fee due to processing costs. For refunds and other policies, check out the TOS.Once I've received payment, I'll let you know and begin work! My specialty is concept and narrative design.Things I don't take on: anime (chibi ok), photorealism, full NSFW or content outside Ko-fi's terms of service. Everything else (almost!) is on the table.

Scars, romance, blood, skimpy outfits etc. Dark is fine, but sexual content stays PG-13.
📖 Other Notes
LGBTQ+ friendly. I also do fantasy cartography, in my own artstyle (portfolio available on request). Digital and physical commissions available.

🌌 Compositions
Excessively gory content, full NSFW, political satire, abuse/hate-speech, long comic panels or narrative sequences.Note: Anthro, mecha, architecture, creatures aren’t my expertise but I’m open to giving them a shot if expectations are flexible.
🧪 Artstyles
Anime. I love it - but I'm unable to draw this way! Also, I can't promise 100% likeness for portraiture depicting real people.
📖 Other Notes
No AI content. Proof (timelapse or work files) can be provided, for an extra fee. I may use Blender during my workflow, but I don’t currently offer 3D commissions.
Where exactly is the line between "light" and "full" NSFW?
Good question! Please check Ko-fi’s detailed NSFW guidelines. If it's got a big green tick, I consider it "light NSFW" (˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧I'd also like to mention this page is a flexible guide - not a promise. I may turn something down based on personal boundaries or creative fit. Thank you for your understanding!

Response time is 24 - 48 hours or less. After any initial sketch has been approved for further work, refunds are unavailable.
The final delivery is by drive link (.PNG unless otherwise specified), at which point I'll ask you to send a confirmation email too.
Thumbnails and Design Sheets
For project based work, I provide weekly communication and regular design options to choose from! This includes a set of 4 composition sketches and atleast 1 fully rendered thumbnail, but I often provide more.
This (somewhat) unique workflow means that you get to participate directly in the creation of your own custom illustration :D
What if I don't like any of the options?
I'll ask for your full feedback and make another set, multiple thumbnail rounds are normal!

TERMS OF SERVICE

The following are the standard terms for all commissions. By commissioning me, you agree to all policies outlined below, which are subject to change. If you break these terms, the commission is invalid and the license is automatically revoked.

SCOPE OF SERVICE
I will always ask for an emailed TOS confirmation after the first sketch is approved for work, unless the order is placed via Ko-Fi.
Once finished, I'll also request a little confirmation email that you've received the item.
Commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and I reserve the right to decline any request.
All my work is licensed as non-commercial unless you paid for a commercial license.
I retain full rights to works produced for client-cancelled commissions. This also voids your license to use any material already sent.
I also retain full rights to any sketches, animatics, thumbnails, or drafts, unless you choose to purchase them.
If Ko-fi is inaccessible for you, I can invoice you directly. Stripe preferred, Paypal incurs a 10% charge.
Payment is upfront, but split payments are available. For multi-piece orders: you can choose between full upfront, 50/50 split, or paying (upfront) per item.
I work in GBP, so prices may be subject to exchange rates!
REFUND POLICY
Full refund if the commission is cancelled before I've started working on it.
You agree that you will not issue a chargeback - I will refund you.
Refunds are no longer available once the initial sketch or thumbnails have been approved.
If I need to cancel your commission due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. illness), you will receive a full refund. I will always do my best to contact you if I need to cancel a commission.
I may need feedback from the client as I work, so timely communication is a must. If not, this will result in delays - and if there is no response within a month, the commission is cancelled without refunds.
Physical Art: If you agree to "tracked & signed" delivery but it does not arrive, you can be refunded up to £250. If the order was over that, you'll also get a free re-paint. If it has been marked as signed-for by postal services, refunds are unavailable.
Physical Art: If the art arrives materially damaged and sufficient proof is provided, you may also receive a discounted re-paint (or other service).
LICENSING TERMS
Below are my default terms. For commercial entities looking to hire my services, a different contract may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
All my work is licensed as non-commercial unless you paid for a commercial license. These terms remain in effect regardless of who owns or receives the final work. Licensing cannot be sold or transferred without written permission.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:

This site is operated by Draneria, a UK-based freelance artist. You can contact me at [email protected] with any data-related questions or requests.
What Data I Collect
I only collect data you choose to send - for example, when you fill out a form or message me. This may include your username, email address, correspondence and commission details. If requesting physical art, a full name and delivery address is required.For Ko-fi donations, I do not store email addresses or any other personal data.
Why I collect it
I use this information only to respond to your inquiries, manage commission requests, and maintain communication as needed. I do not use your data for marketing unless you give me permission, e.g. to display customer testimonials.For donations and shop purchases: I may contact you to say thank you, or communicate about your purchase (e.g. give access to the paid product, even if the listing changes). I do not use this data for marketing purposes either.
Where It’s Stored
Emails are handled through Migadu, a secure email provider based in Switzerland.
Project files and correspondence may be backed up to Icedrive encrypted cloud storage.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking tools. No third-party marketing tools are in use.

Your Rights
